Austin Texas

Austin is a cool City. I really like it. A totally different Texas. Every one seems to run or ride a bycicle through the City and despite the fact that the Texas Capitol in Austin is taller than the US one in Washington DC, not everything and everyone is bigger here in Austin. A lot of people walking through the streets, especially in the evening, hopping from one bar to the next, enjoying music, drinks, food.

Padre Island, South Texas

Towards the South

This morning is not as cold has it has been, still the little display on my fridge, which spent the night outside, shows minus 3° Celisius, that is a little below freezing. Actually it is set to 5° Celsius, plus that is. So, while I chew on my breakfast I will think of my way, but guess I will head South, or rather South-West with the hope for the weather to get a little milder with every mile I get further South.
