What would you say?

If you were driving a long peacefuly in your white car, as you climb over a small hill you have a red 18 wheeler in front of you, a little blue truck next to it and in between you see a crazy guy leaning out of the window of his blue Toyota Land Cruiser taking pictures - and all of them are heading towards you with some 60 miles and hour or about 100 km/h...

That was about 24 hours ago on the Panamerican Highway in Panama.

Oh, by the way, no one was killed!
